Save All command

Saves all open documents including any indirect or referenced documents opened for write access.

If you would like to be reminded regularly to save all open documents, the Save All Documents Every <XX> Minutes option on the General tab on the Options dialog box allows you to define a time interval in which to be reminded.

Note:

If any of the documents are being saved for the first time, the Properties dialog box is displayed so you can define the document properties you want. After you click OK on the Properties dialog box, the Save As dialog box is displayed so that you can specify a document name, folder and file format.
