This dialog box is displayed when you attempt to open a document that is stored in a folder for which you have reader privileges. It allows you to specify what you want to do with the document.

Open the Document Read Only

Specifies that you want to open a read-only copy of the selected document.

Make a Copy of Selected Document

Specifies that you want to make a copy of the selected document.

Replace with a New or Existing Revision of the Selected Document

Specifies that you want to replace the selected document with a new or existing revision of the document.

Cancel the Operation

Specifies that you want to cancel the operation without opening the selected document.
