Construct a base feature.
On the Application menu, click Save As.
On the Save As dialog box, in the Save In box, set the file location to the user template folder.
Click OK to save the file.
Tip:
To create a new part model using the saved base feature, on the Application menu, click New and then select the new file as the template you want to use.
