Examples: Constructing Cutouts With the Finite Option

Finite is one of the extent options for protrusion and cutout features. The following examples show the effect of using Finite for cutouts.

The first figure shows a profile extruded a finite distance, to one side.

The next figure shows a profile extruded symmetrically a finite distance on both sides of the profile. Notice that the Distance value is the total extent of the extrusion.
