On the Dimension Style tab of the Options dialog box, select the element for which you want to set a default dimension style.
Use the Style dropdown list to select the dimension style.
Repeat as needed for other elements.
Tip:
You can use the Set All Styles To dropdown list to set all elements in the list to the same style. Select the style you want, then click Apply.
When the Use Dimension Style Mapping check box is checked, Solid Edge uses the dimension style table as you place objects. When it is not checked, Solid Edge uses the active dimension style as you place objects.
