Provided the capability to manage a database of standard parts. You can use the dialog box to do such things as open and create standard part databases, add parts to an existing database, change the path in which a database is stored, update changes to a database, and control the display of properties for standard parts stored in the database.
Database
Database Manager
Displays the Database Manager dialog box so you can create a new database or open an existing database.
Add Parts
Displays the Add Standard Parts dialog box so you can add multiple parts to the database.
Update Database
Displays the Update Database dialog box so you can update changes you have made to a database.
Change Paths
Displays the Change Paths dialog box so you can change the path where the standard parts reside.
Migrate to Teamcenter
Migrates the unmanaged files to the specified TeamCenter folder so they can be uploaded to a Teamcenter database.
Exit
Dismisses the Solid Edge Standard Parts Administrator dialog box and exits the command.
Category
Generate
Generates the selected category in the database.
Delete
Deletes the selected category from the database.
Generate All
Generates all categories found in the database.
Part
Edit File Properties
Displays the Edit File Properties dialog box so you can create a new database or open an existing database.
Edit Properties
Displays the Part Editor dialog box so you can edit the properties of individual standard parts.
Open Part
Opens the part in Solid Edge or View and Markup.
Generate Part
Generates the standard part and adds it to a specific category.
Update Part
Updates changes to the selected part.
Remove From Database
Deletes the selected part from the database.

Displays the Selected Properties dialog box so you can select the properties you want to display in the files area.

Displays the Priorities dialog box so you can set priorities for standard parts.

Selected Properties
Displays the Selected Properties dialog box so you can select the properties you want to display in the files area.
Standard Parts
Categories
Displays a tree structured list of parts in the database divided into categories. Click the arrow next to a category to display a list of parts for the category.
Available Sizes
Displays information about the selected standard part. For each part, Part Name or Path, Type, Status, Priority, and Version are always displayed. You can use the display controls at the bottom of the dialog box to control the information that is displayed.

Displays the number of documents in the database.
End Categories
Displays the number of categories in the database.
Display
Controls how standard parts are displayed in the display area.
Characteristics and Properties
Displays all available characteristics and standard properties for the standard parts.
