Name

Names the view that you want to save.

Description

Describes the saved view.

Apply

Applies a saved view to the active window. You can select the saved view from the Named Views dialog box.

Redefine to Current

Replaces the content of an existing named view with the view in the current window.

Delete

Deletes a saved view. You can select the saved view from the Views dialog box.
