You can edit an embedded object directly in the container document. When you double-click the embedded object, the original application used to create the object opens so you can edit the object.
Double-click the embedded object.
Edit the object.
Save the changes and return to the document.
Tip:
You can edit the object properties, such as its position on the document, scale, and border, using the Properties command on the object shortcut menu.
