Alignment lines are the X and Y coordinate axes that are attached to the cursor when the drawing grid is displayed using the Grid Options command, and the Alignment Lines option is set on the Grid Options dialog box. The alignment lines display with the same colors and orientation as the X and Y axes of the user defined origin point.
