If your Solid Edge files contain custom properties, define those properties prior to running the Analyze Files program.

1. Access the Data Prep Utilities spreadsheet by opening datapreputilitiestemplate.xlsm.

   This file is delivered to the \Program Files\Solid Edge ST5\Program folder.

2. Begin defining your columns for custom properties in the next available column to the right of the Last Saved Version column. Use the custom property name as the column title. Example: Vendor

   Caution:

   Columns A (Path) through L (Last Saved Version) are required and should not be edited or removed.

3. Save and close datapreputilitiestemplate.xlsm.
